Kiefer's Meats was established in 1948. Today, Thomas and Doris Kiefer own and operate the business. Their son Brian is the general manager, and the third generation working within the business. Currently, Kiefer's has market stands at Roots Country Market, Green Dragon Farmers Market, The New Eastern Market, and also offer mail order.
